Summary:

Armor is seeking a talented and highly-motivated individual to serve as our Agile Program/Project Manager. This role will provide assistance in the coordination and communication of major product rollouts and cross-functional business projects. Ideal candidates for this position will possess previous skills in:

* The Agile methodology and lean processes
* Coordinating and tracking deliverables across multiple business units
* Status reporting and metrics
* Working within a high growth company

Agile Program/Project Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned as required)

* Responsible for overseeing releases and projects to achieve a high level of efficiency and predictability through planning, coordinating, and reporting
* Coordinate the delivery of successful product releases and projects including operational readiness, organizational and customer communications, and post-release activities
* Responsible for managing numerous concurrent projects across the business
* Organize and lead project touchpoints, status meetings, ceremonies, and communication across teams and stakeholders
* Prepare progress reports/metrics, and manage risks and issues
* Focus on timely completion of project deliverables and the appropriate escalation of risks and/or decisions needed to leadership
* Deliver consistent, reliable, and scalable methods of management and reporting across all projects
* Ensure all dependencies between projects are understood and managed
* Identify and manage impacts/effects of a project on internal teams and customers
* Ensure stakeholders and subject matter experts are engaged and expectations have been set regarding their involvement and participation

Required Skills:

* Ability to think critically and assess the needs of the organization to adapt and apply agile practices to projects and teams
* Ability to multitask, ensuring that multiple projects are delivered against project and release plans
* Able to work independently and efficiently to meet objectives
* Enthusiasm for IT security and hosting services
* Experience in product delivery within a hosting or software company
* Experience with interacting and communicating across teams to achieve project delivery
* Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
* Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
* Excellent listening, problem solving, management, and analytical skills

Education And/Or Experience:

* Four-year college degree (preferred)
* Professional qualification in project management or 5 years of equivalent work experience

The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. The work environment may be in either an office setting, at the company's data center, or at a third-party location for training.
