Senior UX Program Manager

Department: Global Prime Experience (GPX)

Reports to: Senior UX Program Manager

Summary: The Global Prime Experience (GPX) design team is looking for a Senior UX Program Manager (UXPM) to support our organization. This role wears many hats and is responsible for the delivery of design, user research, and creative projects through proactive planning, forecasting, and mitigation of risks and roadblocks that occur. We are looking for a very strong owner with the ability to work across multiple teams and job families for successful delivery of best-in-class design, user research and creative.

Key responsibilities and skillsets:

* Web & UX Program Management: A strong understanding of modern web design best practices, organizational complexities and technical requirements. This also includes managing productivity tools, project intake, resource/capacity management, project trafficking and reporting across our key projects and internal/external creative/production resources. Expert level organizational and communication skills are basic requirements, as well as the ability to manage expectations, and continually earn the trust of partners.
* Content Production: This includes a knowledge of all things production and includes working with internal/external production resources with advanced skills delivering user research, photography, print, motion graphics, video and experiential production. A strong understanding of external content production and process is required. A firm understanding of long-term budget planning, reporting and tracking of burn rates is also required. In addition, they will make sure that partner teams are adhering to brand standards and style guides while being proactive about strategic opportunities, insights and potential risks.
