Work closely with Business Partners to support and deliver system solutions to the Business, in the area of IT Manufacturing and Supply-Chain. Provide techno-functional support and analyze Manufacturing & Supply Chain systems to recommend improved effectiveness and efficiency. Act as the liaison between cross-functional groups by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through IT solutions. Ensure end to end understanding of Business Processes and systems solutions. Lead projects and requirements development, functional design and Technical Design, and provide recommendations on Technology solutions to address business needs. Configure and test Oracle Applications 12 e-Business Suite: Oracle Inventory (INV), Bills of Material (BOM), Process manufacturing, Discrete Manufacturing, Order Management (OM) and Advanced Pricing. Develop and document detailed program specifications, business process models and scenarios. Determine the technical, interfacing and operational requirements to resolve Oracle EBS Software issues. Lead configuration and administration of the Oracle EBS software as per business and technical requirements. Participate in post-production software support and problem resolution. Some international and domestic travel required.
