Solutions Engineer - Transport/IP Distribution and Infrastructure

Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with clients to develop solutions and systems architectures
* Project management
* Plan final stage system architecture
* Liaise with customer and development team to determine prerequisite requirement planning
* Develop full documentation of entire project system integration - drawings, quotes and proposals
* Assist in creating Statement of Work and functional specification documentation, utilizing and maximizing the Evertz "End to End" portfolio
* Provide technical sales support and guidance for sales teams, development teams, and project teams
* Continuous training on current Evertz product line
* Liaising and documenting specifications of 3rd party products for control systems as required
* Provide feedback to development teams for areas of improved functionality & required performance
* Solution presentation creation and presentation skills
* Travel as required

Qualifications:

* Education in Broadcasting Technology/Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
* 5 years or more in Broadcast or Audio Visual engineering design and or integration
* Successful project implementation of projects within a Broadcast, Audio Visual or Media Environment
* Relevant experience with broadcast workflows or Media Facilities
* Knowledge and experience with IP Data or Video networks
* Experience with Broadcast IT with network infrastructure
* Knowledge of current digital video compression standards and file types
* Good written and verbal communications skills
