The OneDrive/SharePoint team is looking for talented, passionate software engineers that want to build the best data and services platform around.

OneDrive & SharePoint are revolutionizing team collaboration, information sharing, storage & productivity for Consumers & Enterprises and are key workloads in the larger M365 ecosystem. We are the Data & Services Platforms team and we have built & successfully delivered a data platform that generates trillions of events a day and transports them to multiple consumers. We are expanding our charter to build microservices and ML platforms that will operate at the same scale. These platforms will impact millions of Microsoft customers across multiple scenarios in OneDrive and SharePoint.

We are a fast-paced team utilizing cutting edge technologies & services and we ship our code to production every day.

* 1+ years of industry software design and development experience
* Must be a disciplined forward-looking engineer, driving features from design to production across multiple regions
* Passion for designing, building and evolving highly available, geo distributed systems at scale
* Proficient in C#, C++, or equivalent languages
* Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to work cross-team solutions to successful closure
* Demonstrated problem solving and debugging skills
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent area of study

Additional experience with the following will be helpful, but not required:

* Experience with the operation of production services
* Experience with Microsoft Azure preferred
* The ideal candidate will possess expertise with the latest cutting-edge technologies used in building web applications and web services
