Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide computer user support to the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) Program Management Office (PMO). Candidates will provide on-site support for computer automation equipment (laptops, desktops, LAN, printers, plotters, etc.); perform research and evaluation of software tools, hardware and services and breaking technologies on behalf of the Army; and support Infrastructure Management IT equipment and services acquisitions.

Minimum Requirements

* Requires Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.


* Requires experience with Microsoft Office.


* Requires excellent customer service skills.


* Requires an active secret clearance which requires US citizenship.
