Job Description SummaryAs directed by the Quality Manager, the Quality System Specialist I is accountable for support of the continued development, improvement and implementation of the Quality Systems. This position actively participates in quality guidance and project teams for process improvement and continuous improvement activities.

Job Description

* Assist in the coordination of change management records in local database.
* Interact with change management requestor to ensure accuracy of requests and resolve any related issues for request submission.
* Coordinate database records for revised documents in relation to change requests.
* Manage training change requests as they come in and update all relevant records to reflect such change.
* Assign training to individuals in the training database as identified by relevant stakeholders.
* Assist in creation of online training as applicable
* Manage training documentation
* Oversee and approve the usage of QA retains for troubleshooting purposes.
* Prepare metrics: equipment out of tolerance, training, document approval timeliness
* Back-up support for QA Inspections
* Other responsibilities as determine by manager
