As a Engineering Lead in the Azure DevOps Artifacts team you'll help build these experiences at petabyte scale - think GitHub meets NuGet.org / npmjs / bower.io / Maven Central / symbols for your organization!
You'll work in an environment where you will own a microservice(s) that you will ship on a cadence you decide, using a variety of technologies and open-source libraries (C#, Azure, Table, Blob, SQL, ASP MVC, jQuery, TypeScript, NuGet, …).
You'll also be part of the effort to transform our engineering system here at Microsoft, spearheading a shift in how agile development works at enterprise scale.
We're looking for a talented and driven Principal Software Engineering Manager who seeks technical challenges as individually and through building a strong and healthy team.

Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience developing software
3+ years of demonstrated experience as a technical lead or people manager
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of experience building production software with one of more of the following: .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C / C++ / C#, SQL, REST Services and JavaScript/TypeScript
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
