* Cognizant is seeking bright, diligent people to join our organization as Kronos Consultant. Kronos Consultant will be responsible implementing and configuring Kronos Workforce Timekeeper & Workforce Advanced Scheduler. Should have experience in implementing and configuring Kronos Accruals, Advanced Scheduling, Forecaster & Absence Management modules.
Required Skill:
* 7+ years of experience implementing and configuring Kronos Workforce Timekeeper & Workforce Advanced Scheduler preferably version 7.0 and above. * Ability to develop new interfaces using Kronos WIM interface. * Ability to configure WDM servers, Kronos clocks (4500 and InTouch terminals). * Experience in implementing and configuring Kronos Accruals, Advanced Scheduling, Forecaster & Absence Management modules. * Knowledge of Mobile, Analytics and other Workforce Central modules would be beneficial as projects are in pipeline to implement these modules. * Knowledge of full life-cycle of a project including gathering detailed requirements, being able to develop a design and then building of the design to deliver the solution to the client. * This role requires expertise of Kronos Workforce Central suite of products and hence the requirement for excellent consultative skills to interact with business users and client management. * Excellent client interaction and communication skills are needed. * Should be able to communicate to the end users/BA's effectively providing expertise and consulting of the application where needed. * Should be open to work from customer's location. * Work in fairly complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of solutions.
