Job Description

Must have:

* 2-3 years of experience in Guidewire Integration.
* Good experience in Property and Casualty and Guidewire Integration.
* Java coding experience of at least 2 years in a development project and 1 year of Guidewire Integration experience.
* Working knowledge of SOAP / REST web service, create/ consume the web services in Java.
* Understanding of XML, XSD, messaging, plugins.
* Basic working knowledge of database SQL queries.
* Should be able to adapt in Agile Delivery.
* Should understand UML diagrams Class diagrams, Sequence diagrams.
* Guidewire Developer in Integration/ Configuration, GOSU scripting and Java Enterprise Edition.
* Java coding experience of at least 2 years in the development project.
* Strong understanding of Design Patterns.
* Strong background in OOP, UML, Object Oriented analysis and design.
* Application design tools frameworks, e.g. Spring, Maven, Eclipse, etc.,
* Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially in a complex application stacks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to have:

* Certified Guidewire Policy Center/Claim Center professional.
* 3-4 Years of experience in Java programming Strong skills in Java programming.
* Experience with REST web services is a plus.
* Experience with various code versioning systems, such as SVN.
* Ability to multi-task and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment.
* Experience in working with customer directly is a plus Proficient in written and spoken English.
