Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo's more than 70 million global customers.

Liquid Products Technology seeks a senior business analyst to join the team and lead the Interest Rate Swap pricing work stream. The individual will be expected to manage the full application lifecycle and project delivery from gathering requirements, designing both business and technical solutions and managing deployment of the application into the production environment.

The candidate will be responsible for:

* Interacting with project sponsors and Project Managers regarding project requests and line of business priorities
* Acting as Scrum Master within an Agile environment and managing the pipeline for front end and back end developers
* Building Excel prototypes of pricing requirements leveraging the quantitative library
* Capturing business requirements as user stories including the functional prototypes
* Developing UI wireframes to cover new functionality and obtaining user signoff
* Ensuring solution designs meet non-functional requirements and are consistent with the application architecture principles
* Change management and release management for the project, ensuring all Wells Fargo SDLC policies are met

Required Qualifications

* 7+ years of business systems analysis or design experience
* 4+ years of experience in the capital markets and investment banking industry
* A BS/BA degree or higher
* 7+ years of experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD's)
* 7+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements
* 7 + years of experience designing software solutions using software architecture design principles
* 5+ years of Agile experience
* 4 + years of experience as a scrum master
* 3+ years of experience developing financial product pricing model prototypes using Microsoft Excel
* 3+ years of derivatives experience
* 3+ years of pricing or risk systems development experience
* 3 + years of Windows or Linux scripting experience
* 2+ years of Calypso technology experience
* 2+ years of Autosys experience

Desired Qualifications

* Knowledge and understanding of technology business systems analysis or design in capital markets and investment banking
* Knowledge and understanding of operational work flows/processes for capital markets and investment banking, including industry participants
* Knowledge and understanding of industry regulations for developing technological solutions
* Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
* Ability to develop and manage business relationships
* Ability to discuss and understand business needs/wants with non-technical people
* Ability to drive the requirements process with both technical and business partners
* Ability to facilitate design sessions
* Ability to manage application development efforts
* Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including high level of proficiency in modeling
* Knowledge and understanding of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and disaster recovery procedures/solutions
* Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: automation and data automation
* Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: creation of test plans, test scripts, and managing UAT events

Job Expectations

* Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
* Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
