Capital Senior Living is seeking a Business Systems Coordinator. This position will report to the Manager of Business Systems and will need to have a wide-ranging skill set. The position will be primarily responsible for End User System Support and Security, but will also have involvement in special projects and the IT audit.
Applicants need to be very familiar with the following:
Communicating in a friendly and positive manor with end users on a daily basis
Directly providing system support for end users
Developing help and how to documents
Communicating with Executives and Department Heads
Communicating with IT auditors
Working with various security settings in ERP systems
User setups and modifications
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat
The successful candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience, a college degree, and will be excited about learning new things and growing within the IT organization.
Relocation assistance is not provided for this role. Telecommuting is not available for this role. Work hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F or from 8:30am to 5:30pm M-F.
