Job Summary
The Business Application Analyst will support and maintain a set of commercial enterprise applications that run our business which includes application platforms such as iCertis, Workday, Concur, and other configurable software platforms. For these applications, this role identifies and maintains the application configuration required to support the business requirements, leads and conducts problem troubleshooting, manages user access control, validates system data, participates and when necessary, leads testing, conducts user training, and will write basic application reports.

Qualifications
* 3+ Years of experience configuring or administering Enterprise Software Platforms
* Preferred general understanding of the software development processes and methodologies
* Preferred experience iCertis, Workday, or Concur
* Preferred experience with Power BI, Cognos BI, and/or Tableau

Information Services (IS): Information Services manages the firm's infrastructure design and security, project management office, architecture, enterprise application services, client service and infrastructure and administration.
