Position Overview

This IT Collaboration Analyst role will be accountable for support and implement the collaboration tools like Microsoft365, DropBox and other technologies used for End User Collaboration, solution services, experience roadmap, and implementation plans for the adoption of digital collaboration capabilities enabled by Microsoft Office 365 (O365). This role will work with key stakeholders across the enterprise to transform our end user computing services environment. It includes deploying, developing and improving productivity among the end user communities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will join our Collaboration team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience with a sound knowledge of core infrastructure technologies such as Messaging, Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, PowerShell scripting and excellent communication and documentation skills.

* Maintain the day to day operations of File Sharing, Office365, Dropbox, SharePoint, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Polycom videoconferencing and other collaboration solutions in the future
* Must be passionate about cloud technologies, with a focus on Microsoft solutions
* Previous experience with an Office 365 deployment
* Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
* Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, ADFS, Domain Servers, DNS
* Experience with Office365 migrations
* Experience with Skype for Business / Lync as well as PSTN (On premise and Online)
* Experience with Microsoft Azure (AAD Sync) is a plus
* Experience with Intercall, Webex, Unify PBX
* Comfortable with PowerShell and scripting
* Understanding of Corporate Network Principles, Technology & Firewall solutions
* Experience with Microsoft EMS (Enterprise Mobility Suite)
* Experience with Airwatch, ActiveSync, BYOD and Intune
* Other duties as assigned

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* 3+ years of Office365 and Cloud collaboration tools
* 3+ PowerShell scripting
* Strong experience with ITIL, Change Management, process, automation
* Experience with ServiceNow support and programming to automate the end user service catalog
* Experience with structured problem solving
* Experience with Exchange archiving technologies
* Experience with disaster recovery solutions
* Understanding of the network and bandwidth to support the collaboration tools
* Positive, team-oriented attitude capable of working within a team and able to work with minimal supervision
* Strong communication, customer service skills, demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing
* Solid troubleshooting skills
* Solid understanding of High Availability, Production Server Platforms
* Excellent documentation skills
* Experience supporting telephony, video, network and other collaboration devices
* Must possess strong organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills to effectively relate to client needs
