We were founded in 2020.
Our first product digitized & simplified the merchant onboarding journey.
- what's a merchant? basically, it's a business that's able to take credit card payments
- what needed to be modernized? a paper-based, disjointed process that took weeks of back & forth between the business, the bank, and the payment processor
Since then, we've added functionality to service & support users, and we've enabled our solution for a wider range of customer segments.
In 2021, we were acquired by KeyBank. With the acquisition, we can expand how we embed and offer banking products through our software.
Currently, we're a team of about 50, with about 1/2 of that in Engineering. We have offices in Atlanta & Charlotte, but we have people everywhere.
In 2022, we're doubling our team and launching a ton of new features. We can get into all the specifics, but we'll leave it there.
