Watson's mission is to make rent rewarding. We provide digital banking services allowing housing providers to run loyalty and rewards programs and more closely integrate their residential communities with local businesses.

Our vision is a more equitable housing model for 100mm+ renters, landlords, and neighborhood businesses. The company is based in New York and backed by VCs from both coasts, including Ulu Ventures, TMV, FJ Labs, Antler VC, New Lab Ventures, The MBA Fund, and Switch VC.
