How We Hire Engineers

We know that job searches can be time-consuming and stressful, so our philosophy is to make the interviews much less of a process and more of an experience.

We start with an initial hour long conversation to answer your questions about VI and to do an initial coding exercise. We do this remotely through Collabedit in the language of your choice. If that goes well, we’ll have you visit our HQ for an all day interview. Plan on having dinner with us and you will get to meet the entire team. We hope by the end of the day, you’ve had a chance to learn all about us and we typically can make a formal offer quickly.
