SMART Payment Plan is a regulated money transmitter and is constantly improving processes and systems to better serve our customers.
SMART Payment Plan currently operates a legacy system using Zend Framework 1 originally designed in 2008. Its replacement is a new Java Spring Cloud and Angular 2 platform currently in development.
