PrimaryBid.com is a unique fintech company that enables individual and institutional investors the opportunity to buy newly issued shares (i.e. primary shares) for companies that are already listed on a stock exchange, at a discount to market price.
PB runs an Accelerated Bookbuild (“ABB”) and already accesses over 300,000 retail investors via notifications (mobile app push and email).
Over £40 million has transacted in 25 deals on the PB ABB system since the platform started operations in 2016.
