Oration

Oration is a startup of friendly, funny, and smart people changing the way healthcare works in America. We believe that it’s not the chronically sick, the obese, lawyers, or end of life care causing America’s healthcare spending problem. It’s the business of healthcare that’s broken and that the right solution is a free and fair market.

We are a no politics kind of place where everyone is empowered to bring ideas to the table and take projects from start to finish. Think there is a better way to do something? Awesome - let's do it. We work hard, of course, but we also have fun too - company wide archery lessons, bowling, and happy hour just to name a few.

At our core, we're a Agile + Lean UX shop. We believe in small, nimble teams of engineers, designer-gerneralists, and product managers. These teams work together from the start of a project until it's finished and are completely responsible for making sure whatever they're building knocks it out of the park.
