What We Do
We are a start-up in the business of building and powering AI visual tech for conversational shopping. We have already built AI Visual bots for large partners such as Levi’s, Louis Vuitton, and ProFlowers, and for SMBs through our new mode.ai Shopify App. We'll be growing our offering to additional messaging channels soon. Our headquarters are based in a space in downtown Palo Alto, with access to all the benefits that the downtown has to offer. How We Interview & Hire
We typically start with an initial phone screen to learn about the candidate and determine whether there is alignment between what he/she is seeking and the position we're hoping to fill. If there is, we'll take a few next steps.
1) we'll ask the candidate to complete a short assignment (this will be role-relevant, depending on what type of role the candidate is interviewing for)
2) we'll schedule time for an on-site interview (or video conference interview for candidates not in the Bay Area), where the candidate can meet the leads of the team (CEO, CBO, and Head of Engineering) and both parties can further assess role and company fit. The candidate will also have the opportunity to ask questions about mode.ai.
