    Our company has been around for over 15 years. During that time, we've had plenty of challenges, and lots of amazing wins, too. We've been listed as a rapid growth company on the Inc 5000 6 years in a row! During this time, we've remained financially independent - we are a debt-free, investor-free company - we are funded 100% by company profits, and have been that way since our beginning.

    As a company, we have some simple beliefs that stack on one another:

    1. We want to build a great company.

    We define a "great company" as one that can operate free of financial burdens, that is funded by its own profits, has a base of thrilled customers, and where the employees of that company find fulfillment in every sense - financial, emotional, and in personal growth.

    2. To build a great company, you must start with the people.

    We need amazing people on our team, and for them to feel fulfilled. Without great people, none of the other things - great products, profitability, financial independence - are possible. People want personal growth, fulfillment, happiness, and to be recognized for the incredible amount of work they do.

    3. The ability for a company to provide growth and fulfillment for its people is what everyone calls "Culture" - if you want the other 2 points above to come to life, you must start with Culture.

    We are a Culture-first company, because without it, everything else we want and strive for is impossible in the long-term. Culture is not t-shirts, beer in the office, or ping pong tables.
