Kiplot is on a mission to take project management in big companies into the 21st Century. We’ve started by focusing on the industry most ripe for disruption; Financial Services. Our product is already relied upon by some of the world’s biggest and best known financial service companies in the UK and abroad. We’re backed by a consortium of angel investors and are on track to raise series A funding next year. Team:

We're a small and friendly team based in London, but looking to grow significantly while keeping our fun but professional working environment. Due to COVID, we're currently all remote but we're looking to re-establish a London office (likely to be in Old Street) as soon as that's possible.

Engineering at Kiplot:

Kiplot is a highly interactive, visual (d3.js), data intensive application with numerous complex challenges. You'll be joining our existing senior engineering team with a specialism for front end development. You'll have the opportunity to take ideas from inception through to delivery influencing every part of our technology.

Kiplot is built with Typescript using React and Redux on the frontend and Node on the backend. We test with Jest. Persist with PostgreSQL. And deploy to AWS using Docker, Gitlab-CI and Terraform.

We use the latest technologies and are open to new ideas. If there is a new technology that has benefit for Kiplot, we will back it. We work with Kanban, and releases to production happen frequently.

The hiring process:

1. A 30-minute phone call for Kiplot and you to get to know each other better and answer any questions you may have
2. A 1-2 hour interview on site where you will meet the CTO and other members of the team. Our focus will be on your technical expertise and whether you would like to work within our team
3. Meet the founders, learn about the vision of the company, and see whether this is a journey you want to be on
