Interview Process
There will an initial phone screen then an onsite immediately (Skye if out of town). There will be a skills test given either the day of the onsite or the following day. Last would be an offer letter if everything goes well.

Requirements
The candidate must have experience with Ruby and Rails.
Knowledge and experience with JavaScript, CSS and HTML
Additional skills with SQL databases, SQL language and administration.
Some experience with Microsoft Excel.
Mac OS proficiency.
Mac/Linux command-line skills.
Beneficial Skills:
Front-end development skills.
Wordpress Site Administration
Wordpress Theme or Plugin Development
Nginx or Apache Web-Server Administration
Some Photoshop and Illustrator experience for building and modifying site graphics.
Git version control experience.
