Globe Groupe, #1 physical marketing agency in France, is in the middle of its digital transformation. We write the backend infrastructure and web services to power hundreds of operations a year, and manage tens of thousands of employees and contractors.

We develop custom solutions because traditional HR software doesn't scale to our needs. Your main task will include maintaining and expand Globe's existing infrastructure, as well as inventing, designing and implementing new applications from scratch (many of which are mobile first).
Your work will ship to production and can have a dramatic impact on changing the way our workforce operates, and improving their productivity.

You will report directly to our CTO and CEO, and will be the primary owner of the projects you work on. As such, this is a unique opportunity to take on great responsibilities, and grow skills both as a lead software engineer and product manager.

The ideal candidate should:
- Have a proven track record of shipping quality products to production in a fast moving environment.
- Care deeply about the underlying business, and turning business needs into tech solutions.
- Be truly autonomous, and comfortable taking initiatives.

This is an experienced position, however stellar new grads will be considered too.
