We’re building next-generation data-driven controls and energy management technology that bring home heating and cooling into the 21st century. Our Puck distributed wireless thermostat and Smart Vents use sophisticated algorithms and real-time data to deliver automated comfort.

We’re a tight-knit group of engineers, designers, and communicators. Our engineering team has several years of experience at Channel IQ (acquired by Market Track), Microsoft and Google. We pride ourselves on open communication, shared responsibility, and work/life balance.

Startup Life:
We've managed to ship product to thousands of homes with a small team. However, customer demand is growing rapidly and we need to secure more talent. At this stage in our startup, we are looking for domain specialists who want to get their hands dirty before transitioning to a leadership position focused on growing their respective teams.
