With our name and mission, we're clearly all about company culture. However, when we talk about culture, we're not necessarily talking about perks. We believe that culture is "how things get done" -- how people interact, how projects get completed, everything in between. Therefore, our focus is on "getting things done" in a way that delivers to our clients, remains faithful to our mission and values, and keeps our employees happy at work.
We are a smart and highly collaborative team. Everyone is eager to share with and learn from each other. While each team has its special sub-culture (e..g the dev team goes to lunch together every day, the sales team tends to accidentally match, etc.), you'll interact with people from other teams on a daily basis. And we'll do everything in our power to keep this way as we grow.
We're a busy team, but we proactively make time for fun. On any given day, you'll find the entire company engaged in a cross-pod conversation about something random, such as what to do with a surplus of guavas or a casual discussion about the mathematical notation hat operator.
We are an experimental team. We will be the first to admit that we don't have it all figured out quite yet (does anyone ever?), but we are open and willing to trying new things. As our Head of Product says, culture agility is learning to try new things, not trying to fix things. Read more about this philosophy here.
We are a growing team and each employee has an impact on the company, the culture, and the product. The best "perk" out there is the opportunity to work on an interesting challenge with interesting people, while making a positive impact on other companies.
