ENGINEERING TEAM AND PROCESSES

We follow a scrum(ish) process with one-week sprints. We use GitHub w/ PRs for version control, though our code reviews are often a quick sanity-check, rather than close inspections.

We're honest with ourselves about which products can break and which cannot. We regularly push experimental code for our internal sales tooling, for example. This lets us get feedback extremely quickly and ensure we're not wasting our time barking up the wrong tree. Changes to our website, on the other hand, undergo thorough QA before release.
