What we do

BridgeFT builds automated SaaS solutions for financial advisors to radically streamline their operations, enhance client interactions, and scale their businesses faster. This requires gathering, normalizing and analyzing complex financial data, including market data, transactions and positions.

Our belief is that everyone deserves to work with a fiduciary financial advisor. Our mission is to deliver software that allows advisors to automate their office work and investment management, allowing them to serve more clients, scale their business, and keep costs low.

Interviewing and hiring process

We start with an introductory call to answer any questions you may have about Bridge and the opportunity, as well as to give us a glimpse into your interests and motivations. This the best time to figure out whether Bridge is a good fit. Next we'll conduct a technical screen, which is combination of discussing both problems you've encountered in your career and how you solved them, as well as our problems and how you think through and discuss them.

Next you'll be invited for an onsite interview in Chicago. Our onsite interview is designed to assess for a broad range of skills so that we can gain a holistic understanding of what you bring to the team and where you shine. You'll meet with our entire team so you can gauge from employees what it's really like to work at Bridge day-to-day and uncover team dynamics. We pride ourselves on being transparent throughout the entire interview process with conversations around compensation, equity, and the impact you will make here at Bridge.
