Bayview Asset Management, LLC (“Bayview”), initially founded in 1993, is an investment management firm focused on mortgage and consumer credit, including whole loans, asset-backed securities, mortgage servicing rights, mortgage-related equities, and other mortgage and consumer credit assets.

Bayview is a hedgefund with $14.3B under management, and has successfully formed and incubated startups to offer additional financial services to people. Consumer Lending Fintech (CLF) is a newly founded startup within Bayview for direct to consumer lending efforts, aimed at improving people's lives. This team (currently 7 with consistent growth plans ahead) will create innovative solutions that will raise awareness of available financial options and provide products to improve the financial well-being of consumers.

CLF will build and launch a new brand and consumer experience aimed at delivering a set of lending and mortgage-based financial products directly to US consumers (starting with Bayview's millions-strong existing mortgage customers), with the mission to improve customers' lives by increasing their financial well-being.
