THE PROCESS

Our process is designed to give you a strong sense for who we are, how we work, and what problem we're solving.

1. Chat with one of our founders over the phone about you, Airhouse, and the opportunity (30 mins)
2. Take home exercise (~2 hours; on your own time)
3. Technical interview (exercise "code review") (1 on 1) (~1 hour)
4. Interview with the team (at our office, or over video depending) (2 hours)
5. References (1-3 days)
6. Offer
